Introduction

Hi, my name is Alexandra, I'm an English girl living in the south of France.

I first began sewing a few years ago after being taught by my mum and it soon became a passion of mine. As a child my mum would make my siblings and I lovely clothes that I still remember even now. I particularly remember the dressing up costumes she used to make. It was about a year ago when I thought back to the Musketeer tunic we all wore as children and dug it out of the suitcase where it had been hiding ever since my little brother Lucien was too old to pretend. Soon new ideas began popping into my head for costumes I could make to bring back the traditional playtime that every child needs. So that was then and now I have Toots & me.
